We have a 30-day return policy that allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

To meet the return criteria, your product must meet the following conditions:

It should be the same as when you received it.
It should be in its original packaging.

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges for devices only within 30 days of receiving your package, provided you meet one of the following conditions:

Situation 1 – Unopened:

  • Devices must be in their original packaging with all items included.

Situation 2 – Opened:

  • If you received defective goods or the wrong products:
    1. Please get in touch with customer service within the specified time frame.
    2. Provide video/photos to demonstrate that the goods are defective (this is required).

Note: All accessories are non-returnable.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care goods (such as nasal tubes).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges:
To ensure you receive the correct item, it’s best to contact our customer service before making your purchase. We can still exchange the correct products before they are shipped. Costs

Return and Exchange Costs:

The costs associated with returns and exchanges include:

  • Freight:
    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Service Fee:
    • A service fee of 20% of the payment amount will be charged. This fee covers product value depreciation and purchase costs.
    • Note: These costs will only apply if the return or exchange is not due to a quality issue.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
  • If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3 business days.
  • Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
