ordered this for my special needs child who is on a ventilator and needs oxygen to go to doctor appointments. We were able to hook this up to his equipment and see that it did not produce any oxygen. I reached out to the seller and they were very responsive and refunded our money. Great customer service and I appreciate that! Unfortunately the unit didn’t work but they handled it beautifully. If more sellers had this kind of customer service, the world would be a better place.
