Shipping Policy

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES:

  • All orders will be processed within 2-3 working days after receiving your confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • After shipping, the estimated delivery time for oxygen concentrator products is generally 5-7 business days.
  • For machine parts, delivery typically takes 7-15 business days.
  • We offer an expedited shipping option of 3-5 days for an additional charge of $19.99.
  • Please note that delivery delays may occur due to uncontrollable factors such as a surge in orders or express delivery issues. If you have not received your product within 20 days, contact us at bizan@varonoxygenconcentrator.com for immediate assistance.

SHIPPING COST:

  • Free shipping is available in the United States for orders over $49. A shipping fee of $9.99 will be charged for orders below this amount.
  • Shipping fees for other regions:
  • Canada: $29.99
  • Europe and Mexico: $49.99
  • India and Nepal: $69.99
  • All shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning taxes and duties are included in the final price. Please contact our customer service team for advice if customs or express delivery charges extra during import.
  • For other countries/areas, a shipping fee of $99.99 will apply. Please email us at bizan@varonoxygenconcentrator.com to confirm delivery availability before purchasing.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS:

  • We currently ship to:
  • United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska)
  • Canada
  • Europe
  • We cannot deliver to post office boxes, B.F.P.O, or A.P.O addresses. Ensure you provide a valid residential address.
  • If you need to modify your delivery address, please email us within 48 hours after payment, and we will assist you.

MODE OF TRANSPORTATION:

  • We utilize UPS, USPS, and DHL for shipping.
  • Insurance is provided for each purchase until delivered.
  • If delivery fails, UPS will return the package to the postal address and attempt delivery the next day (excluding weekends).
  • If no one is home during delivery, you can request that your package be held at a local UPS access point.
  • Please note that if alternative arrangements are made (e.g., leaving the package at the front door), the package will no longer be insured. We will not be liable for lost or stolen packages.

HOW TO CHECK THE STATUS OF AN ORDER?

  • After your order ships, we will send you an email with tracking details. Please allow a 48-hour delay for tracking information to update.
  • If you do not receive tracking information, email us at bizanmaoyi@outlook.com for updates. You can also click here to check your logistics information.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PACKAGE?

  • If you notice any damage upon receiving your package, please email us at bizanmaoyi@outlook.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of the damaged condition. Refusing the package is recommended, and we will address the issue based on your situation.
