VARON Oxygen Concentrator Warranty Information

  • The VARON oxygen concentrator comes with a one-year warranty from the date of product receipt.
  • If your oxygen concentrator experiences malfunctions due to manufacturing defects within this period, we will provide free repair service.
  • This warranty guarantees that the oxygen concentrator will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Note: Accessories (such as tubes, filters, connectors, etc.) are not covered under this warranty. While we ensure the quality of our accessories upon purchase, they are subject to normal wear and tear.


Warranty Exclusions

The following conditions are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Normal Wear and Tear:
  • Periodic maintenance, repair, and replacement of parts due to normal operation.
  • Abuse and Misuse:
  • Defects or damages resulting from:
    • Improper operation or storage
    • Neglect, such as exposure to smoke or physical damage
    • Ingress of liquids, sand, dirt, food, or insects/animals
    • Exposure to extreme heat and/or humidity
    • Commercial use or abnormal operating conditions
    • Lack of required preventative maintenance
  • Unauthorized Service or Modification:
  • Defects and damages arising from service, testing, installation, or modification by anyone other than VARON.

Warranty Claims and Procedures

To initiate a warranty claim:

  2. Provide your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

Our customer support team will assess your claim and determine the appropriate course of action. This may include troubleshooting, replacement of defective parts, or necessary repairs or replacements of the oxygen concentrator.

Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product to us.
  • VARON will cover the shipping costs for returning the repaired or replacement product to the customer.

Nontransferable

The warranties are granted by VARON only to the original purchaser of the products and are non-transferable. To activate the limited warranties, the purchaser must provide the original purchase receipt and proof of identity. Products should be inspected within 48 hours of delivery and before use.


Disclaimer

VARON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the oxygen generator, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Once the warranty period has expired, VARON is no longer obligated for further replacements, repairs, or shipping costs.
